Abu Qir Fertilizers Continues Shaping Its Future Through the Second Workshop with Global Consulting Firm McKinsey & Company

As part of the development of its corporate strategy and its commitment to advancing sustainable growth, Abu Qir Fertilizers held its second strategic workshop in collaboration with McKinsey & Company, in the presence of H.E. Eng. Hany El Dahy, Chairman and Managing Director, members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Management Team, and the internal task force responsible for overseeing the strategy development process.

During the workshop, McKinsey & Company experts presented a comprehensive review of the proposed strategic framework and future growth plans, with particular emphasis on expansion and development opportunities, most notably the North Abu Qir Project. The session also covered the proposed implementation roadmap and its key execution phases.

The workshop featured extensive discussions between the Board members, the Company’s management team, and McKinsey experts, during which a wide range of perspectives and recommendations were exchanged. Participants emphasized the importance of maintaining close collaboration to finalize the Company’s strategic plan in a manner that supports sustainable growth, enhances operational efficiency, and strengthens Abu Qir Fertilizers’ competitive position.
