An Expanded Workshop to Discuss the Preliminary Findings of the McKinsey & Company Report and Strengthen the Company’s Strategic Directions.

As part of Abu Qir Fertilizers and Chemical Industries Company commitment to enhancing its performance and strengthening its journey toward achieving its strategic objectives, an expanded workshop was held in the presence of H.E. Eng. Hany Dahy – Chairman and Managing Director, alongside the Board Members, company leadership, and members of the Strategic Planning Committee, to review and discuss the preliminary report submitted by McKinsey & Company regarding the development of the company’s integrated strategic plan.

The workshop also featured a detailed presentation of the key pillars of the plan, including an assessment of the company’s current operational, financial, and organizational status, as well as an analysis of opportunities and challenges in light of both local and global developments, particularly within the fertilizer and energy sectors. In addition, several proposed strategic scenarios and their associated action plans were reviewed, with the aim of supporting sustainable growth and maximizing added value.

During the workshop, H.E. Eng. Hany Dahy – Chairman and Managing Director, stressed the importance of completing the study to incorporate the new projects proposed by Abu Qir Fertilizers and Chemical Industries Company, including the North Abu Qir Project, as well as issuing the executive roadmap as the second phase of the strategic plan. This phase will include a comprehensive implementation timeline and financial framework designed to support sustainable growth and enhance the company’s competitiveness in both local and international markets.
