Abu Qir Fertilizers’ inspection department offers a wide range of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods using state-of-the-art instruments:

• Ultrasonic thickness measurement.
• Magnetic particle inspection (MPI) for surface and subsurface crack detection.
• Hydrostatic pressure testing for pressure vessels and tanks.
• Surface temperature monitoring using portable infrared thermometers.
• Hardness testing.
• Dye penetrant testing for weld and surface defect detection.

Comprehensive in-service and shutdown inspection services designed to ensure mechanical integrity, regulatory compliance, and safe long-term operation of static equipment ( Pressure Vessels, Piping Systems, Storage Tanks, Pressure Relief Devices ) in accordance with recognized international codes, standards, and industry best practices.
