Abu Qir Fertilizers Honors Retired Employees and the Ideal Employee of 2025 in Recognition of Their Dedication and Contributions
In line with its commitment to fostering values of loyalty and belonging, and in recognition of the sincere efforts of its employees, Abu Qir Fertilizers and Chemical Industries Company organized a ceremony to honor employees who have reached retirement age, as well as the Ideal Employee for the year 2025.
The ceremony was held at the Company’s Social Club under the patronage of Eng. Hany Dahy, Chairman and Managing Director, and was attended by a number of company executives, representatives of the Workers’ Union. During the event, the Company’s management expressed appreciation and gratitude to the honorees, commending their outstanding efforts and dedication, which have contributed significantly to the Company’s success and strengthened its position as a leading producer of nitrogen fertilizers in Egypt and the Middle East.
During the ceremony, Eng. Hany Dahy expressed his deep appreciation to the honorees, affirming that the achievements accomplished by the Company over the years are the result of their dedication and commitment of. He emphasized that employees are the Company’s most valuable asset and the cornerstone of its continued success and sustainability.
He also addressed the younger employees, urging them to follow the example set by their predecessors in dedication, discipline, and integrity, stressing that the future of the Company depends on their competence and creativity, and that continuous development and the acquisition of experience are essential to maintaining Abu Qir Fertilizers’ leadership and continued progress.
At the end of the ceremony, gifts and certificates of appreciation were presented to the honorees in an atmosphere of warmth and mutual respect, in the presence of their colleagues who expressed their pride and gratitude for this thoughtful gesture by the Company’s management.
